Aquatic Facilities Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatics Manager to lead our aquatics programs and operations at The Salvation Army USA Central Territory.

As an Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing approved programming, overseeing staff management, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Strategies: Advance strategies to achieve sustained utilization and excellence in programming to accomplish sustainability and client satisfaction.
  • Leading Operations: Implement the short and long-range strategic vision and objectives for the Aquatics department as established by leadership through development of specific and measurable objectives and priorities.
  • Cultivating Excellence: Establish and promote a culture in which excellent customer hospitality thrives, all guests feel welcome, and events and programming are well attended.
