Salary and BenefitsThe estimated weekly gross pay package for this position is $2,580.00, consisting of $1,080.00 (W2 Wage) and $1,500.00 (nontaxable per diem). The hourly pay rate is $30.00 for regular time and $45.00 for overtime.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals. Your duties will include evaluating medical information, providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients, preparing and administering prescribed medications, and monitoring patients' vitals.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of recent Med Surg & Rehab experience, with the ability to float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg. Previous travel experience of at least 3 months is also required. A BSN degree is preferred, and ACLS and BLS certifications are necessary. Additionally, you should have experience as a CHARGE RN and be familiar with small communities without public transportation.
