Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to supervising nurses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Valid LPN licensure in North Carolina.
  • 1+ year of experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
