About the Role

Toole Design is seeking a skilled CADD Technician to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a CADD Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting design document production for various projects, from complex roadways and streetscapes to signature trail projects in natural environments.

You will assist our designers in applying industry best practices to produce a wide range of CADD-based deliverables, from concept to detailed final design plans for construction. Your expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MicroStation software will be invaluable in advancing our team's skills and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently produce high-quality CADD drawings and deliverables
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MicroStation software
  • Assist in drafting construction documents for transportation projects in MicroStation
  • Collaborate with our CADD team to advance skills and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Associate degree or certification in CADD Technology, Engineering Technology, or a comparable field
  • Experience using CADD software for civil or roadway drafting
  • Knowledge of MicroStation software and its applications
  • Excellent task and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
