Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Camelot Services, Inc. in Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering preventative, corrective, and general maintenance services in a supervised and professional manner.

Duties include daily assessments of building infrastructure, maintaining a clean working environment, and performing minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical repair, and maintenance throughout buildings.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual rounds and analysis of building envelope and interior to locate and report any deficiencies
  • Monitor and perform assigned tasks through an internal work-order system and manage timesheets in accordance with assignments
  • Communicate with company dispatcher, supervisor, and manager for changes in work assignments and schedules
  • Ensure safety training and safety policies are communicated and followed
  • Identify and address facility maintenance needs according to established standards

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of applicable trade school or college and certificate/degree or apprentice license issued by the state of Colorado
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Knowledge of computer systems and use of Microsoft Office products
  • 5 years' previous experience with commercial facility maintenance
