As a CNA, you will collaborate with a team of compassionate professionals under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing tailored care services to patients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing.
- Monitor and document vital signs, height, and weight as required.
- Support patients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients by adhering to established protocols and standards.
Requirements for the Role
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
- Certification as a CNA or significant experience as a Home Health Aide.
- Valid CPR certification and recent TB test results.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
