Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at the Muscatine factory. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Plant Human Resources department.

• Administer employee benefits, including employee enrollment, changes, reports, and trouble shooting.
• Recruit and select employees, including conducting interviews, performing background checks, new hire paperwork and orientation, E-Verify etc.
• Maintain all employee and applicant documentation as required by KraftHeinz policy and governing agencies.
• Facilitate training including new hire orientation and standard compliance training.

• A Degree from college or technical school preferred; OR High School diploma/GED equivalent and one to three years Human Resource related experience is required.
• Prior experience with an HRIS database is preferred.
• Strong computer skills which also include a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential materials in a professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team oriented fast-paced environment.

$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
