Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Heart: Demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Develop and Implement Patient Care Programs: Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement patient care programs that promote healthy outcomes.
  • Manage Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, financial management, and personnel management.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
