Practice Overview:
- Multi-specialty environment with 23 different specialties.
- Outpatient focus with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
Employment Structure:
The initial two years will be under an associate contract, with the potential for partnership following successful completion of this period.
Team Composition:
- Internal Medicine: 6 physicians and 3 allied health professionals.
- Total clinic staff: 53 physicians and 33 extenders (PA or ARNP).
Work Schedule:
Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a US resident or possess a Green Card.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must take the certification exam post-residency/fellowship).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive salary with performance-based bonuses.
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available.
- $2500 allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401K plan with employer matching after one year.
- Generous paid time off: 20 business days of PTO, clinic closure on 6 holidays, and 5 CME days, totaling 31 days off per year.
Technology and Support:
Utilizing Athena for electronic medical records (EMR). Call responsibilities are limited to one day per week for clinic duties only.
Patient Care:
Average patient load is approximately 20 patients per day.
