As a Software Engineer, you will perform development work across the technology stack, managing projects that involve databases, backend services, and front-end applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual systems architecture design and supporting technologies for new and enhanced functionality.
  • Support release planning activities with Product Owners and teams.
  • Identify high-level requirements for robust testing strategies.
  • Define non-functional requirements for performance, security, and resiliency.
  • Perform development, optimization, and automation activities.
  • Develop and implement front-end architecture for user interface concepts.
  • Drive engineering best practices for higher quality and scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of computer science fundamentals experience.
  • 5 years of ABAP Development experience.
  • Maintenance and improvement of existing codebases and peer review code changes.
  • Documentation and demonstration of solutions.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and for onsite deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, ecommerce, supply chain.
  • Experience with integrations to SAP (WES, MHE, TMS).
  • Experience in middleware technologies (MQ, PI/PO).
