Worship Arts Pastor/Director

MinistryHub is seeking a Worship Arts Pastor/Director to lead our worship team and help us create an environment where people can experience God and develop deeper relationships with Him.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for worship and a strong leadership skills to coordinate and lead our worship environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute musical components of worship
• Select and arrange music for worship services
• Develop and train volunteer worship members and tech teams
• Direct weekly planning process and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Actively disciple worship band members to understand and demonstrate the gospel message and a worship lifestyle

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
• Passion for worship and a strong musical background
• Experience in leading worship teams and coordinating worship environments
