Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Acloche. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting Production Managers and Supervisors, providing training to associates, and ensuring that all associates are present on the production floor in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the onsite team to identify and address safety, quality, delivery, and GMP/PPE issues.
- Coach contractors on production procedures and ensure they are following required guidelines.
- Set a standard of excellence in job performance, attendance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Regularly required to stand, stoop, kneel, handle objects, tools, and controls.
- Update Cell Leader/Shift Supervisor on department conditions, including lines being down, injuries, and general communication.
- Report time clock issues to the On-site team immediately.
Requirements:
- No jewelry policy, hair net, and beard net required on the plant floor.
- Resume and interview required.

Working a 2/2/3 schedule. Every other weekend OFF
Day shift starts at $19.50, and Night shift starts at $21.50.
