Compensation
Minimum: USD $20.00/Hr.
Maximum: USD $45.00/Hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical expertise, quality, value, and integrity to our clientele.
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
  • Travel to various job sites and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service delivery and communicate any delays to clients.
  • Be available for night or weekend shifts on a rotating schedule to address emergency service requests.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Keep an inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the service vehicle.
  • Document service details and parts used electronically via iPad applications.
  • Identify diverse service challenges, procure necessary replacement parts, calibrate systems according to manufacturer specifications, and articulate the need for recommended solutions.
  • Engage in training programs provided by the company.
  • Recognize and report potential opportunities for additional business, including new units, system maintenance contracts, and supplementary services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an HVAC/R Technician.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance from the job location.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced principles in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency for communication and documentation via iPad and mobile devices.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as necessary.
