We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Regency Pacific. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment to meet health and company standards.
  • Assist the cooking and servicing staff with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, food preparation, and service areas.
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to residents and ensure they are satisfied with their meal.
  • Buss tables, change table linens, and reset tables following meal service.
  • Pour beverages and set up tables prior to each meal service.

Requirements:

  • Meet all mandatory health requirements by State regulations.
  • Hold a valid Food Handler's card where required.
  • Adhere to and convey the philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
