Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of claims.
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity and liability.
• Prepare and submit claims reports, including detailed documentation and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk management, and customer service, to ensure effective claim resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in claims management, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
