Dishroom Assistant

Miller's Ale House is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized dish area, maintaining a high level of sanitation and hygiene, and supporting our cooks and other team members in their daily tasks.

• Ensure a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for cooks
• Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Adhere to all restaurant service standards
• Ensure work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher to take over
