Production Engineering Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Engineering Lead to join our team at Medical Murray in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading process improvements, managing product transitions from development to production, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements across the production department.
  • Develop and manage budgets for capital projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transfers from development to production.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes and tooling/equipment are validated and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach production engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
