We are seeking a skilled Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating student speech-language abilities, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services. You will conduct assessments, analyze results, and create reports to identify strengths and concerns in areas such as speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
You will use evidence-based research and continuing education to inform your practice decisions and create a learning environment that is effective and efficient. Additionally, you will participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings to ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines.
Your responsibilities will include assisting instructional staff in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders. You will also develop treatment plans in conjunction with instructional staff, focusing on strength-based, child- and family-centered approaches for overall educational improvement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have an anticipated Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, eligibility for CDE licensure, and a school internship.
