The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Branch Leader (TABL) is to ensure the financial prosperity of the branch.
This involves collaborating with clients to identify outstanding candidates, leading to successful business engagements.
Key responsibilities of the TABL include, but are not limited to:
- Accountability for meeting or exceeding the branch's annual financial targets
- Exercising independent judgment and discretion
- Overseeing recruitment, training, management, and development of the branch team
- Ensuring quarterly new/reactivated business goals are achieved
- Creating and implementing strategies to attract new clients, enhance existing relationships, and increase profitability
- Managing marketing sales strategies, recruitment plans, branch budget, P&L oversight, and cost management
- Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients alike
- Safeguarding Ambassador by adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Enhancing brand visibility through community engagement and relationship building
Qualifications:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Experience in managing budgets, accounts receivable, collections, P&L statements, and overall branch financials
- Demonstrated excellence in attitude, attendance, and professional demeanor
- Ability to take initiative and exhibit creativity in problem-solving
- Skilled in influencing and persuading to achieve desired results
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities
- Exceptional customer service demonstrated through diligent follow-up
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and foster camaraderie
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Advanced computer skills are essential (MS Office, Internet/Job Boards, ATS)
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Recruitment-related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
Previous Work Experience:
- Experience in managing budgets and P&L statements is required
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience is essential
