In our healthcare organization, beBee Professionals, we are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in the United States. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to improve their physical mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function after injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote optimal physical functioning.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and post-treatment care strategies to ensure seamless transitions and continued progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care, addressing both medical and emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports to facilitate informed decision-making and effective communication among the healthcare team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist with current licensure in the United States.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy, with a strong foundation in assessment, intervention, and patient education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Current BLS certification, ensuring readiness to respond to emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patients' needs.
