Hotel Director

We're looking for a skilled General Manager to join our team at Visit Calgary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high standards of quality.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Cultivating strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and guests, fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in a management position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to motivate and influence staff, set goals, and foster teamwork.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of revenue and management principles.
