Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing IT support tasks and monitoring service tickets through Service Now (IM-SERVE). You will assist with various devices and are expected to process approximately 8-10 tickets daily. We seek an individual who can think independently and respond quickly to issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and manage service tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience with break-fix scenarios

Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Factors influencing pay may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
