Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

• Prepare and Serve Food: Prepare food according to item specifications, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Environment: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledging members and identifying their needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Work as a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler Certification.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
