Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Treatment: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities, and create individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs and ensure seamless integration of services.
- Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress, and participate in IEP meetings to contribute to educational plans.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in CA.
- Certification and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a school environment.
