We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities- Triage patient calls and assess the nature of patient need, developing a plan of care as a result of the assessment.
- Provide patient education and post-hospitalization follow-up, including clinical guidance and support to medical assistants and licensed practical nurses.
- Work closely with providers, including MDs, NPs, and PAs, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with a preference for cardiology experience.
- Ambulatory phone triage experience and Epic proficiency are also preferred.
