We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our busy Greeley center, where you'll collaborate with fellowship-trained clinicians to expedite patients' recovery and return to daily activities.

As a Physical Therapist at MBI, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from new graduates to experienced therapists, and enjoy a competitive salary range of $89,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a $10K annual KPI bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
  • Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including initial evaluations, daily treatment notes, staffing reports, discharge summaries, and timely reassessments.
  • Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
  • Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
  • Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
  • Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
  • Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to: Utilization Review & Quality Assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a license (in good standing) or diploma to practice physical therapy from the State of Colorado.
  • Current CPR Certification.
