Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at Larson Design Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing technical teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and direct technical teams to identify and accomplish project goals.
  • Quality Control: Review and confirm the accuracy of work performed and methods used by technical teams.
  • Financial Management: Create and track project budgets and schedules, and identify potential issues.
  • Communication: Communicate and collaborate with managers, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years' experience in a related discipline.
  • Licensure/Certification: PE or other relevant license within the discipline required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with MS Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Deltek Vision, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other external sources in a professional manner.
