Charge Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Northglenn Heights Senior Living Community. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing licensed nursing services to our Assisted Living residents, adhering to our company's guidelines and Federal and State regulations.

• Administer medications for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
• Provide general consultation on health-related concerns within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any changes in resident health and maintain proper documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Understand and participate in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.

• Current LPN/LVN License.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a Senior Living Community preferred.
• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
