About the Role

Rural Health Group, Inc. is a leading non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to underserved communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trainer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our clinical staff. This includes developing training materials, conducting workshops and presentations, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including curriculum design, instructional materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate clinical staff on various topics, including medical procedures, patient care, and healthcare policies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our training programs are current and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, consultants, and industry experts, to enhance our training programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in training, education, or a related field.
  • Strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a training or education role.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery.
  • Experience with curriculum development, instructional materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
