We are seeking dedicated and caring Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in NASSAU COUNTY. As a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to work part-time, full-time, or live-in cases, providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with bathing, toileting, oral care, dressing, and hair care.
  • Support patients with foot care, grooming, and medication reminders.
  • Prepare and serve food as needed, and assist with feeding.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments, shopping, and walking.
  • Assist with cleaning, laundry, and patient care equipment.
  • Support patients with prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion and ambulation.
  • Assist with simple dressing changes for stable wounds.
