Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team in developing reliable, performant, and user-friendly software with a robust set of features. This position will execute effectively through technical guidance, careful prioritization, and best practices for complex software systems. You will be a technical owner of a critical revenue-generating product.

You will manage and mentor a team of talented software engineers, partner with a dedicated product manager to build a category-leading product, and interview and recruit engineers for your team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, or related fields from a top institution
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Programming experience in one of the following: C++, Python, or Java
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $204,000 - $343,000 USD annually, which includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
