Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering ABA interventions to clients, working closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
  • Work closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
  • Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a caregiving or educational setting
  • Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for helping others
