As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and styling services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and will use your expertise to create personalized looks that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use expertise to create personalized looks that exceed client expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to develop skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and earning potential

Requirements:
  • Current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US
  • Able and willing to work various schedules based on income goals and guest demand
  • Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application
