Qualifications:
Candidates must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience. It is essential to have experience in caring for immediate post-operative CABG patients or relevant neuro/trauma experience, including the ability to manage patients with EVD. Flexibility to float to similar units or related specialties may be required, and collaboration with management will be necessary to accommodate unit needs.
