Job Summary

The Auto Program Liaison role is a critical position within our team at Affinity Development Group. As an essential member of our organization, you will serve as a liaison between members and dealers for our auto buying program.

About the Role

This dynamic role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interaction with various stakeholders, including members, dealers, sales teams, and internal departments via phone and email. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm under pressure, analyze situations, offer potential solutions, and communicate them clearly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member calls within 24 hours in a timely and efficient manner
  • Educate members on the benefits of using the Auto Program, fostering a deep understanding of its value proposition
  • Counsel dealers on process and pricing, ensuring seamless transaction execution
  • Review members' purchases with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing accuracy and precision
  • Conduct follow-up calls to both dealers and members to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Experience taking escalated calls and/or in a Customer Retention role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred)
  • Experience using an Outlook calendar to track and manage follow-up calls
  • A minimum of 1 year experience communicating with customers via phone
  • Experience working within a team environment is preferred
  • Exposure to Key Performance Indicators (metrics related to turnaround times, aging issues, etc.)
  • Maintain high standards of Customer Service Excellence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a high level of morale and commitment to the Program Specialist Group
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills; be thoughtful and responsive creating a good rapport while remaining diplomatic
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Good work ethic, reliable, and accountable
  • Exercise good judgment and use initiative; demonstrate integrity and honesty
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
