Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician at Acloché, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment. This role requires advanced knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and the ability to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform complex mechanical and electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting
* Analyze machine error messages and diagnose equipment problems
* Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment and machinery
* Disassemble machinery and remove parts for repairs
* Examine parts for defects and observe equipment operations to diagnose malfunctions
* Operate repaired equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
* Troubleshoot and repair machine electrical and control malfunctions
* Demonstrate equipment functions and proper care to machine operators
* Record material usage, input labor hours, and manage work orders using a CMMS
Requirements:
* Ability to work under general supervision
* Advanced knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
