• Prepare and cook food in a specific station, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to customers.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to execute menu items efficiently and effectively.
• Follow executive or sous chefs' instructions, adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to customers in a timely manner, meeting quality standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume shifts, maintaining accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and certification in Food Safety.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
