We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Monro, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing basic vehicle diagnostics, completing courtesy inspections, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs and communicate with customers
  • Complete courtesy inspections to identify additional needed services and repairs
  • Assist with inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, and unloading and stocking inventory
  • Perform general store duties to ensure the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards
  • Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro's Road Test policy
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety standards and environmental codes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in automotive repair or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
