We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Chair of our Otolaryngology department. As the head of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance our clinical, research, and educational programs in otolaryngology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with various otolaryngological conditions.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories, utilizing diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and support to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date on best practices and advancements in the field.

Requirements

  • American Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology.
  • A valid and unrestricted state medical license.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in academic medicine and medical research.
