About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor at Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest quality of life for all.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
