Job Title: Automotive Store Director

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Director to lead our team at Jiffy Lube Multicare. As a leader, you will oversee, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be to serve retail and commercial customers, maintain awareness of current sales and targets, and conduct transactions adhering to store and company policies. You will also participate in training programs to learn about our products, programs, and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Jiffy Lube Multicare in a professional and positive manner. Additional responsibilities include assisting other store team members as needed, maintaining a stress-free work environment, and utilizing strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Above-average verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to function in a stressful environment under substantial time pressure

• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of desktop computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in outside sales

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
