About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at Express. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, executing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model, including processing transactions quickly and accurately, resolving customer service-related issues, and driving credit and loyalty member programs.
  • Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP and stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales leadership team and associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months of retail experience
  • Skills: Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers), strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well within a team
