Job Description

**About the Role**

SERVPRO of Pflugerville/Stillwater/Guthrie/S Tulsa/Edmond is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.
  • Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and build new ones by educating them on the benefits of SERVPRO's commercial cleaning and restoration services.
  • Compile and maintain decision-maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients.
  • Provide regular updates to Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers on sales progress and territory performance.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales territory goals to increase revenue and contribute to the growth of the franchise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • A proven track record of sales and marketing success within the service sector.
  • A strong business and financial background, with a process-and-results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
