Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or a compact state.
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Certification in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program and Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months of hire date.
