Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Trust and Estates Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will represent clients in legal proceedings in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania while managing your own Elder Law and Estate Planning cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Manage your own Elder Law and Estate Planning cases.
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of four years of legal experience is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Elder Law and/or Estate Planning is preferred.
  • Must have experience representing clients in court or before government agencies.
  • Must have experience negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
  • Knowledge of Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is a plus but not required.
