Position Overview:
Cambridge Health Alliance is actively seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to enhance our medical imaging team.

Compensation:
Starting at $41/hour, with placement determined by experience and departmental equity. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available.

Shifts Available:
- 22 hr/week: Every other weekend 12 hr and Fridays 10 hr shifts
- 24 hr/week: Every other weekend, Thursday & Friday 3p-11:30p
- 28 hr/week: Every other weekend 3p-11:30p, Friday 10 hr and 10 hr float
- 36 hr/week: Every other weekend 12hr, every other Friday 10hr & 14hr float
- 40 hr/week: Every other weekend 12hr, Tuesday, Wednesday 10 hr shift & 8 hr float

Role Summary:
The Imaging department at CHA provides advanced medical imaging services supported by a team of board-certified physicians and certified technologists. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology, including a 128-slice CT and a wide-bore 1.5T MRI, alongside interventional radiology services, diagnostic X-ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. We are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR), reflecting our commitment to delivering safe and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary routine and emergent procedures in diagnostic radiology, including but not limited to chest, single and multiple view abdomen, and skeletal exams.
- Attend to the physical needs of patients undergoing examinations while adhering to radiation protection protocols.
- Independently assess the quality of radiographs to ensure optimal value in radiological exams.

Qualifications:
- ARRT registration or eligibility is required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- AHA BLS certification is mandatory.
- This position may require shift assignments across various locations.
- Availability to work holidays as assigned.
