Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wood Destroying Organism Specialist to join our team. As a Wood Destroying Organism Specialist, you will be responsible for providing uncompromised service to our residential and commercial pest control customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough inspections and evaluations of customer properties for wood destroying organisms and other pest problems.
  • Determine opportunities for additional services and propose them to customers.
  • Represent Arrow Exterminators in the communities we serve, delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to excellent service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Wood Destroying Organism Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a robust benefits package, including:
