Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital operational workflows to optimize Semiconductor R&D Lab processes.
  • Act as a business analyst for R&D Lab Operations, primarily focusing on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Evaluate business requirements and collaborate with business process analysts and end-users to refine and enhance these requirements for maximum business value.
  • Configure the MES to align with business objectives.
  • Document and uphold the MES modeling procedures.
  • Work alongside IT portfolio managers, project managers, and clients to collaboratively create a MES roadmap, driving product features from concept to implementation in a dynamic setting.
  • Engage in an Agile environment, continuously assessing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying potential opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with user-focused groups to define the self-service user experience, ensuring robust support and monitoring for clients.
  • Translate product roadmap features into clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead the functional design process based on a deep understanding of user needs and technology.
  • Draft and review the Functional Specification document in alignment with Business Process Documents (BPD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Present the Functional Specification to technical architects for design review and approval, collaborating with business support on the functional architecture for various semiconductor lab processes.
  • Provide support to global business operations across different time zones.
  • Participate in quality assurance checkpoints during project delivery to ensure alignment with original scope, reviewing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and working closely with business and execution teams to finalize UAT.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess a blend of technical expertise and business insight.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and inspiring collaboration among partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience and functional knowledge of MES systems; familiarity with FactoryWorks MES is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or relevant semiconductor knowledge is preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in product or project development.
  • Experience working with MES solutions and/or within the semiconductor sector.
