Job Description
The primary function of this position is to provide transportation services to individuals and their staff, ensuring safe and timely arrivals at activities, appointments, and other events. When not driving, the caregiver will work within the individuals' homes, performing tasks as assigned by management. This role requires a high level of patience, empathy, and understanding, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written. You should also be capable of passing a thorough background check, meeting Chrysalis's driving requirements, and possessing good judgment to handle crisis situations. Additionally, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential qualities for this position.
