About the Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Case Intake Associate to join our team at our Lithonia, GA location. As a Case Intake Associate, you'll be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, empathizing with them on the details of their cases, and managing new client onboarding and data entry. You'll work closely with attorneys to facilitate communication between attorneys and potential new clients. You'll send and receive agreements for representation and provide necessary follow-up on pending intakes.

About the Responsibilities:
You'll create an empathetic personal connection with potential clients to let them know we care about them and their concerns. You'll determine the nature of cases and ask the appropriate questions needed for an attorney review. Present attorneys with information needed to determine if the caller's case will be accepted, referred to another firm, or rejected. Facilitate communication between attorneys and potential new clients. Send and receive agreements for representation. Provide necessary follow-up on pending intakes. Complete referrals to other law firms. Assist with routing calls to office staff.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $16-$22 per hour based on experience. Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Duluth, GA office for training daily for a few weeks, prior to transitioning to our Lithonia location.
